WalletCard ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in and create a card, we collect:

• Name and email address — provided by Sign in with Apple or Google at sign-in.
• Profile data you enter — name, title, and social media profile links you add to your card.

We do not collect location data, device identifiers, or any data for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your digital business card.
• To generate your Apple Wallet pass.
• To authenticate you securely via Sign in with Apple or Google.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. Profile information you make public (name, title, social links) is accessible to anyone who scans your card. Your email address is never made public.

4. Purchases

All payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not store or process payment card information.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app (My Cards → Delete Account). This permanently removes your account and all associated cards from our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

• Sign in with Apple — subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In — subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Children's Privacy

WalletCard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will always be available at this URL.
